Pedigree Hereford breeding stock

The Roughmoor prefix

Every animal carries the "Roughmoor" name.

Registered with the Hereford Cattle Society as T & M Goodwin and C Powell, the Roughmoor herd is bred, shown and sold from Upcott Farm in North West Herefordshire. Animals are named under our pedigree prefix — for example Roughmoor 1 Caribou — and raised entirely on a grass-based system for natural, healthy growth.

A proper mixture of cuts

Each box contains a mixture of slow roast, fast roast, stewing meat, steaks and mince — labelled and vac-packed, ready for the freezer. Burgers are offered as an optional added extra.
